Wilbourn Woodward
Mr. Woodward attended the University of Texas at Austin, where he obtained a Joint Degree in History and Government in 2003, graduating with High Honors. He then obtained his Juris Doctorate from the University of Houston in 2006.
Mr. Woodward’s previous practice has consisted of handling tort and commercial matters, with a primary focus on defending claims for personal injury and wrongful death, property damage, first party insurance, and products liability. At Thomas Quinn, Mr. Woodward has concentrated his practice toward representing companies and insurance carriers in defense of claims under the Longshore & Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and its extensions such as the Defense Base Act and the War Hazards Compensation Act.
Mr. Woodward is admitted to practice law in all Texas state courts, U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, Northern, and Western Districts of Texas. He enjoys live music, fishing, and humor.
