Taliya Twyman received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and her Juris Doctor from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law. She is admitted to practice law in the state of Texas.
Taliya brings value to her practice with experience in personal injury, mass tort, and commercial and residential property matters. She now focuses on defending employers and insurance carriers under the Defense Base Act and Longshore, Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and Maritime Law. Her diverse litigation experience allows her to navigate complex claims and deliver an efficient defense for her clients.
