Shealene Mancuso
A southern California native, Ms. Mancuso attended the University of California, Riverside where she majored in Sociology, Law and Society before moving to the east coast for law school. While attending Temple University, Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia, PA, Attorney Mancuso completed Temple’s Trial Advocacy Program where she began to develop her litigation skills.
Ms. Mancuso served as the Women’s Right Chair of National Lawyers Guild, Volunteer Chair of the Women’s Law Caucus, and Membership Coordinator of the American Constitution Society and served on the board of the School to Prison Pipeline, during her tenure at Temple Law. Ms. Mancuso also worked on numerous guided research projects, focusing on issues impacting women and children and public policy, such as expert testimony in sexual assault cases, intimate partner violence, and affirmative consent. Always focused on skill development and real world application, she interned as a certified law clerk with Ventura County District Attorney’s office in Ventura, CA, LGBT non-profit The Mazzoni Center, Philadelphia Family Court – Custody Mediation Program, and domestic violence non-profit Women Against Abuse.
Following graduation from Temple Law, Ms. Mancuso gained extensive litigation experience in workers compensation defense, family law, and federal vaccine injury law in Philadelphia, PA, and served on the Board of Directors of Laurel House, a domestic violence non-profit for two years, before returning to her home state of California and joining Thomas Quinn, LLP in 2020. When she is not advocating for her clients, Ms. Mancuso enjoys lifting weights, spending time at the beach and with family and friends, strenuous hiking, cooking, running, biking, golfing, and traveling.
