Sarah B. Stewart
Ms. Stewart received her Bachelor of Arts with honors from the University of California San Diego, where she was a member of the Women’s Tennis team. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law.
Since 2008, Ms. Stewart has represented insurance carriers, third-party administrators and self-insured employers in matters arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and its extensions, including the Defense Base Act, Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act, Non-Appropriated Funds Instrumentalities Act, and War Hazards Compensation Act. She has presented at Department of Labor and industry seminars on legal developments and procedure. She is a member of the Department of Labor Joint Bar Association and Longshore Claims Association.
She is admitted to practice in California, and is a dual citizen of the U.S. and Ireland.
