Mr. LaZarr received his Bachelor of Arts from San Diego State University and his Juris Doctorate from Marquette University Law School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. His practice focuses on the representation of employers and carriers in cases brought under the United States Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and its extensions, including the Defense Base Act. He has also represented injured workers under the LHWCA. Mr. LaZarr is a veteran, having served honorably in the U.S. Army in Europe. Mr. LaZarr is admitted to practice in the state of Wisconsin, including the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Wisconsin.
