Nicole Kinman
Ms. Kinman earned her Bachelor of Science from Purdue University in 2020. She went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2023.
While attending law school, Ms. Kinman received certificates in Health Law and Intellectual Property Law. She externed with Eli Lilly in their patent prosecution department and worked with the Intellectual Property Law Clinic. She was admitted to practice law in Illinois in 2023 and became a licensed patent attorney in 2024. Before joining Thomas Quinn, Ms. Kinman worked with a variety of litigation firms as a forensic contractor.
Ms. Kinman is based in the Chicago office, where her practice focuses on representing employers and carriers in claims brought under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and its extension, the Defense Base Act.
