Mario Ruffolo
Mario Ruffolo earned his J.D. from the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Law and his B.S. in business administration from the University of Dayton. During law school, Mr. Ruffolo served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Jesse G. Reyes, Illinois Appellate Court—First District. He gained additional experience working as a clerk for a Chicago law firm, and as treasurer for the UIC Student Chapter of the Justinian Society of Lawyers.
Prior to joining Thomas Quinn, Mr. Ruffolo practiced as a corporate attorney, counseling clients in the foodservice and hospitality industries on various corporate, real estate, administrative, and trust and estate matters.
Mr. Ruffolo is based in the Chicago office, where his practice focuses on representing employers and carriers in claims brought under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and its extension, the Defense Base Act.
