Mariana Oshana
Mariana Oshana received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Spanish from Middlebury College in 2018, and her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2024. She is admitted to practice in Illinois. She serves as the 2024-2025 Vice Chair for the Young Leaders Section Commercial Litigation Committee for the Chicago Bar Association.
After graduating, Mariana clerked for the Honorable Judge Thomas More Donnelly in the Circuit Court of Cook County, Law Division. During her final semester of law school, Mariana worked in Loyola University’s Business Law Clinic, aiding small business owners and non-profit organizations with legal issues that arose during their operations. She has experience in both transactional and litigation practice areas.
Mariana is based in the Chicago office, where her practice focuses on the representation of employers and carriers in cases brought under the United States Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and its extension, the Defense Base Act.
