Lisa Wilson
Ms. Wilson received her Bachelor of Science Degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and her Juris Doctor from Duquesne University. Ms. Wilson has been practicing law for more than 30 years. Her practice focuses on the representation of employers and carriers in cases brought under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and its extensions, including the Defense Base Act. Ms. Wilson has extensive appellate experience, including successfully arguing a case before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She is admitted to practice in California and Pennsylvania (inactive), the U.S. District Court for the Western and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Pennsylvania, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third and Ninth Circuits, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
