Linette Munoz
Ms. Muñoz is an accomplished attorney with a diverse academic and professional background. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Fordham College at Rose Hill, a Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law, and an advanced Master of Laws from Leiden University in the Netherlands. Ms. Muñoz is also admitted to the New York Bar. While at Fordham Law, Ms. Muñoz distinguished herself as a Stein Scholar and Pro Bono Scholar, and was awarded the prestigious Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award in recognition of her dedication to over 500 hours of pro bono service. Prior to joining Thomas Quinn, Ms. Muñoz gained valuable judicial experience as a clerk in the New York State Supreme Court’s 12th Judicial District.
At Thomas Quinn, Ms. Muñoz’s practice focuses on representing employers and insurance carriers in claims brought under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and the Defense Base Act.
