Kenzie Milton
Ms. Milton earned her Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the University of Georgia in 2016 and her Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2024. Before attending law school, she served as a Signals Intelligence Analyst in the United States Army for three and a half years, stationed at NSA Hawaii and United States Cyber Command Texas.
During her final year of law school, Ms. Milton participated in the Loyola University Veterans Practicum as a licensed student-attorney, representing U.S. military veterans in domestic relations court. Additionally, she worked as a criminal defense law clerk for two years, assisting with state and federal criminal cases, including possession offenses, violent crimes, and white-collar crimes. Ms. Milton also has experience as a civil litigation law clerk, handling personal injury and employment matters.
Ms. Milton is based in the Chicago office, where her practice focuses on the representation of employers and carriers in cases brought under the United States Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and its extension, the Defense Base Act.
