Harneet Sanghera
Ms. Sanghera earned her B.A. in Political Science and B.S. in Marketing from the University of Kansas in 2019. She received her Juris Doctor from George Mason University in 2024. Before attending law school, Ms. Sanghera gained valuable professional experience working in Corporate America. While in law school, she was an active and accomplished member of both the Moot Court and Trial Advocacy teams, placing at national competitions and representing her school internationally at the prestigious Willem C. Vis Moot in Vienna, Austria.
Ms. Sanghera served as a Development Editor for the George Mason International Law Journal and held the position of Honor Chair for the Student Bar Association. In addition to her academic and extracurricular achievements, Ms. Sanghera worked in both the private sector and government legal offices, developing a broad foundation across multiple areas of law. As part of her work with the Arts and Entertainment Advocacy Clinic, she focused on trademark, copyright, and emerging issues in AI law, contributing through policy development, academic writing, and public presentations.
When she’s not practicing law, you’ll likely find Ms. Sanghera working on her cookbook, volunteering, hiking, or planning her next international adventure.
