Mr. Gruzman received his law degree from the University of California, Hastings, where he was a member of Moot Court and Law Review. Mr. Gruzman completed his undergraduate degree in Economics at the University of California at Berkeley.
Mr. Gruzman has extensive experience representing major corporations in Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and Defense Base Act claims. Mr. Gruzman has litigated numerous cases in both state and federal courts to successful resolution and has represented clients before the California Superior Court, United States District Court, United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, Department of Labor, Benefits Review Board, and California Workers Compensation Appeals Board.
Mr. Gruzman has given multiple legal presentations for clients and attorneys on topics such as the Longshore Act, Defense Base Act, as well as litigation counseling.
Mr. Gruzman’s practice includes general commercial and business litigation and transactions.
Mr. Gruzman is a fluent Russian speaker, and continues to maintain strong links to the Bay Area Russian-speaking community.
Mr. Gruzman is admitted to practice in California, including all federal courts and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
