George L. Gutierrez
Mr. Gutierrez received his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco in 2014 and his Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Long Beach in 2010. Mr. Gutierrez defends insurance carriers, employers and owners under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and the Defense Base Act.
Prior to joining Thomas Quinn, Mr. Gutierrez represented clients in intellectual property and business litigation matters. He also counseled businesses in privacy, business formations and dissolutions, and employment matters.
While in law school, Mr. Gutierrez served as a technical editor for the USF Maritime Law Journal and as a survey author for the USF Intellectual Property Law Bulletin. He has published articles surrounding privacy, data security, patent infringement, and government intelligence.
Mr. Gutierrez is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California.
