Courtney Oguejiofor
Ms. Oguejiofor earned her Juris Doctor from Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2019, where she served as associate editor for the school’s law journal and earned Dean’s List honors and top finishes in mock trial competitions. Her practice focuses on the representation of employers and carriers in defense of claims arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and its extensions, including the Defense Base Act and the War Hazards Compensation Act. Prior to joining Thomas Quinn, Ms. Oguejiofor practiced civil litigation and represented employers in labor and employment and insurance defense matters. Ms. Oguejiofor is admitted to practice law in the State of Texas.
