Briana Waite

Ms. Waite received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Arizona and her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Davis School of Law.
Prior to joining Thomas Quinn, she prosecuted various misdemeanor and felony cases as a Deputy District Attorney and conducted numerous jury trials from voir dire to verdict with an excellent track record. She also has experience as a defense attorney in civil rights litigation.
Ms. Waite is admitted to practice in California, including the United States Northern District of California. Ms. Waite is based in the San Diego office.
