Mr. Rios received his Bachelor of Science from The University of North Texas in 2015 and his Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law Houston in 2018.
While attending South Texas College of Law Houston, Mr. Rios helped foreign victims of political and social injustice, as well as international victims of human trafficking, seek citizenship and asylum in the U.S. In addition, Mr. Rios helped draft Houston’s first cohabited evacuation shelter manual for individuals and their domestic pets, a project that stemmed from the aftermath of Hurricane Harvey.
Mr. Rios was admitted to practice in the State of Texas in 2018. He is based in the Houston office and his legal practice consists of representing employers and insurance carriers in defense of liability claims arising under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and its extension the Defense Base Act.
