Arnold Brown
Mr. Brown earned his Bachelor of Arts in 2021 from the University of Illinois Chicago, where he double majored in Political Science and History. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in 2025 and also obtained a Certificate in International & Comparative Law.
While attending law school, Mr. Brown served as President of both the International Law Society and the International Human Rights Institute. He also worked with DePaul’s International Human Rights Clinic. Before joining Thomas Quinn, Mr. Brown gained experience working on cases involving wrongful convictions, police misconduct, mortgage foreclosures, and maritime law.
Mr. Brown is based in the Chicago office, where his practice focuses on representing employers and carriers in cases brought under the United States Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and its extension, the Defense Base Act. He is admitted to practice in Illinois.
