Mr. Graf joined Thomas Quinn in February 2016. Mr. Graf represents employers and carriers in claims brought under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and Defense Base Act. Mr. Graf received his Bachelor of Science, cum laude, in Psychology with minors in Leadership Studies and English Literature from Virginia Tech in 2010. Mr. Graf earned his Juris Doctorate from Golden Gate University School of Law in 2014, receiving upon graduation the Faculty Award for Academic Excellence in Environmental Law, the Environmental Law Journal Award for Dedication and Excellence, and a specialization certificate with a distinction in environmental law.
Prior to joining Thomas Quinn, Mr. Graf worked as a graduate fellow with Golden Gate University’s Environmental Law and Justice Clinic. As a student, Mr. Graf published with and served as Editor-in-Chief of Golden Gate University’s Environmental Law Journal. In addition, Mr. Graf gained significant practical experience as a clinician with the Environmental Law and Justice Clinic and a legal extern with Communities for a Better Environment.
Mr. Graf is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and United States District Court for the Northern District of California.
