Alexis Ostrander
Ms. Ostrander is originally from the panhandle of Florida, and she graduated from the University of Tampa in December 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. After college, she studied at New England Law | Boston and graduated in May 2024. Ms. Ostrander passed the Illinois State Bar Exam and relocated to Chicago after graduation.
Ms. Ostrander is no novice when it comes to managing heavy workloads with lots of moving parts, which is essential in litigation. Prior to working for Thomas Quinn, LLP, Ms. Ostrander gained experience in various areas of the law. Her most recent experience included working at a Boston-based defense firm that represented housing authorities and landlords throughout Massachusetts.
Ms. Ostrander is an associate based in the Chicago office. Her practice focuses on representing employers and carriers in claims brought under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and its extension, the Defense Base Act.
