Cara Leinemann

Cara Leinemann earned her Bachelor of Business Administration, with a minor in Business Law, from Kennesaw State University. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from the Charleston School of Law. During law school, Ms. Leinemann gained valuable litigation exposure through participation in multiple Trial Advocacy and Mock Trial competitions.
Following graduation, Ms. Leinemann began her legal career at a firm where she represented employers and insurance carriers in the defense of claims under the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Act. She is based in Chicago, where her practice focuses on defending claims brought under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and the Defense Base Act.
