Alvin Casimere
Alvin Casimere is an associate attorney in Thomas Quinn’s Houston office, where he focuses his practice on defense litigation under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act (LHWCA), the Defense Base Act (DBA), and the War Hazards Compensation Act (WHCA). A native of Longview, Texas, Mr. Casimere earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Sam Houston State University in 2017. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, in 2024, where he served as Regional Secretary for the Southwest Region of the National Black Law Students Association.
Before joining Thomas Quinn, Mr. Casimere worked with the Dallas County District Attorney’s Office in the Appellate Division. Mr. Casimere is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana. He remains committed to community service and professional leadership as a member of the National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice and Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated.
Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Casimere is passionate about mentorship, professional development, and empowering the next generation of legal professionals.
