Eva Garcia-Walters
Ms. Garcia-Walters received her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of South Florida, where she concentrated in Literary Studies and earned a double minor in Leadership Studies and Mass Communication. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Garcia-Walters worked as a flight attendant, where she developed a strong appreciation for connecting people and cultures across the globe.
In 2025, she received her J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she earned a certificate in International Law and Practice. While at Loyola, Ms. Garcia-Walters served as President of the International Law Society and Senior Editor of the International Law Review.
Ms. Garcia-Walters is admitted to practice law in Illinois and is based in the Chicago Office where her practice focuses on representing employers and carriers in claims brought under the Longshore and Harbor Workers’ Compensation Act and Defense Base Act.
